These Community Guidelines set out the standards we expect you to meet when using or interacting with our Platforms. By using our Platforms, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines.

Posting Content

Your content must not contain signs, gestures, or actions (including via emoticons, videos, sounds or GIFs) that are discriminatory, racially vilifying, intimidating, inciteful, hateful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or sexually suggestive.
Your content must not contain profanity, abuse or aggressive language, whether in English or in any other language.
Your content must not contain the personal contact details or confidential information of any person without their prior written consent.
Your content must not contain any form of advertising that is unsuitable for minors, including tobacco, or alcohol advertising.
Your content must not contain any misleading or deceptive material, or otherwise be in breach of any laws.

Our tool employs cutting edge technology to create stunning visuals, however, it is important to understand that these AI-generated images may occasionally exhibit unpredictable or unintended characteristics, including inaccuracies, breaches of other people’s copyright or intellectual property rights, sensitive content, and other unforeseen consequences. When using Illustrate AI, or any other AI tool, you use the tool at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the art meets our Community Guidelines. If you encounter any issues with it, please do not publish or use such content, and report the issue to us immediately.

Community Forums

We have well established community forums on public platforms, such as Facebook. Our community forums are a great way to foster creativity, collaboration and help one another. When using such community forums, we reserve the right to, at any time, remove any content you share in the forums, and remove your access to any groups (such as Facebook groups). Your access to any community forum on a third party platform will be subject to the third party’s terms and conditions and we are not liable if the third party platform restricts your access to our community forum. Information and user content shared by other members of the community forum is private and confidential. You must keep confidential any information you receive via a community forum, including the names of other members.

We ask you to limit your discussions to topics which are relevant to the theme of the community forum. We have the right but not the obligation to appoint moderators of our forum from time to time to ensure that all voices are heard and no inappropriate thread or topic is discussed on the forum.

We reserve the right to remove any posts which we, in our sole discretion, deem to be in breach of these Community Guidelines and deem to be inappropriate including posts that:

(defame, harass, threaten, stalk, menace, track, monitor, mistreat, offend or otherwise hurt any person;
use obscene or foul language;
include link(s) to inappropriate, offensive or illegal material on the forum;
could be considered intolerant of a person’s race, culture, appearance, gender, sexual preference, religion or age; and
interfere with another user.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user of our community forums. You agree and acknowledge that you participate on the forum including by posting any content at your own risk.

Reporting

If you notice a violation of these Community Guidelines or any inappropriate behaviour, please report it to us immediately. We take these reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
