BATORAXIS is not just a font — it is a forbidden legacy carved from the shadows of forgotten empires. Its name is derived from a classified Byzantine military codename: Bato, meaning “the executioner with a single strike,” and Raxis, “the axis of the world.” First documented in 1047 AD under Emperor Constantine IX, it was known only to five shadow generals whose decisions reshaped the fate of rulers and kingdoms. For centuries, it vanished — until a secret occult expedition in 1938 unearthed its seal beneath the Black Sea, etched into a monolith said to distort the very laws of reality.

BATORAXIS has now been forged into a typographic weapon of elegance and brutality, created for the elite few.
