How a font subscription works on Font Bundles
A font subscription is a monthly or yearly fee for a library of fonts, instead of a price for each font. On Font Bundles every plan opens 42,000+ fonts, and each download carries the license of the plan you are on when you download it. Unlimited is $24.99 a month or $239.90 a year, with unlimited downloads and a commercial license.
What a font subscription is
You pay a recurring fee and download the fonts you need while your plan is active. Each download comes with a license, and the license, not the subscription, decides what you may do with the font.
The Font Bundles library has 42,000+ fonts, and the same plans also open over 3.6 million design files. Fonts are offered through the plans, so the tier you hold on the day you download sets the license for that font.
Subscription or single font licenses
Buying a font on its own means one payment for one font, with a license for that font alone. It can make sense when a single project needs one typeface you have already chosen.
A subscription suits repeat work: testing several typefaces on a design, matching fonts to different products, or building a set you reuse across a shop. One fee covers whatever you download, and Unlimited has no monthly download cap.
Commercial rights come from the license either way. Here, Hobbyist downloads carry a Personal license for personal use only, while Unlimited downloads carry the Premium license and POD license for commercial use.
What happens after you cancel
Files you downloaded stay licensed for your projects, under the license they came with (Terms and Conditions, clause 15(d)). Downloading them again depends on how you got them: Hobbyist and free-trial downloads stay in your account, while files from a paid Unlimited or Business plan need an active plan to download again.
New downloads need an active plan, apart from free fonts, which only need a free account.
Unlimited has a 7-day free trial for new members, on monthly or yearly billing. Downloads during the trial are capped, and a card is needed to start it. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.

Pick by what you make and how many fonts you expect to download.
- Hobbyist, $11.99 a month or $115.90 a year: personal projects and gifts, with 10 downloads a month on a Personal license. It does not cover selling what you make.
- Unlimited, $24.99 a month or $239.90 a year: selling what you make, print on demand, or downloading more than Hobbyist allows. It adds Creator, the AI design suite.
- Business, $97.99 a month or $899.90 a year: a company where several people use the files. The Corporate license covers every employee of one company, with one login for your team. For print on demand on Business, the Corporate license in full sets out the terms.
